Earlier this week I posted about New Year’s resolutions, and how much of our success with regard to following through on them is actually determined by whether or not our goals are both specific and measurable.
In this week’s vlog, I’m diving back into that topic thanks to a wonderful question posed to me by one of you dear readers: How do we measure the intangible goals? How do we create a better sense of “in the moment” awareness when it comes to bad habits and negative behaviors, while at the same time honoring the small, continuous improvements we’re able to make along the way?
