When it comes to achieving our goals, it’s not enough to simply know what to do.
In fact, I don’t think there’s a single person among us who doesn’t know that their family need their attention, their body needs exercise, their soul needs to serve others and their passions need their time. Yet, for many of us, it can be a major challenge to get our actions and our choices in alignment with our own truth.
That’s where Good Life Project comes in. In this episode: If You Want to Succeed at Anything, Do This, host Jonathan Fields shows us why all the information, the resolutions, the best laid plans and the promises that we’ll “start tomorrow” simply don’t have the staying power to deliver the outcomes we’re looking to achieve.
And more importantly– he teaches us exactly what does.
I was completely blown away by this episode and how much thought Jonathan Fields has given to his 7-Part Success Scaffolding™ framework, which he walks us through step-by-step in this episode. My advice? Grab a pen and paper before listening– you’ll be glad you did. I recommend this podcast for every single person (because who doesn’t have at least one goal, right?). But I wouldn’t suggest listening in the car or at the gym. This one deserves your full attention.
